Do I have to have a smartphone to participate?
No. Guests can ask to have a loyalty account created for them in the restaurant, using their phone number.
When do I start getting rewards?
As soon as you sign-up, you will receive a complimentary appetizer that you can use on your next visit.
How do I earn points?
Once a guests finishes their meal, they will be promoted by their server to provide a “fire club rewards app” phone number. The guest can also add this number to the bottom of their itemized receipt.
When do my points expire?
Fire Club points never expire. Rewards will expire 30 days after the date their were issued.
What happens when a Guest forgets to provide a phone number in-restaurant?
If a guest forgets to earn loyalty at the restaurant, they have 2 options.
- They can email the loyalty@grillsmith.com and a corporate customer service representative will issue their points within 24-48 hours.
- They can also contact the restaurant directly and request points be added by the manager, using the phone number associated with their loyalty account.
What if I am missing points?
Points can take 24-48 hours to be added to your account. If you don’t see you points after 24-48 hours, please send an email to loyalty@grillsmith.com explaining the situation with a photo of your receipt and someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
Will I earn points if I order through Uber Eats, Door Dash, or Grubhub?
Currently we do not offer points progress though any third party partners.
